CURATED PROPERTY PRESENTS: This beautiful, characterful apartment is located in the very heart of the Old Town of Villefranche Sur Mer. Not only is this the best position to enjoy the sea and village but the apartment also has a wonderful terrace providing unbeatable and uninterrupted views of the bay. The apartment has three large bedrooms, with bedrooms 1 & 2 equipped with comfortable king size beds and bedroom 3 with twin singles and air conditioning throughout.
Space
The building dates back to the 1600s yet the apartment has a contemporary feel and the benefit of stone walls that keep cool in summer and warm in winter. The glass doors open back so that the whole apartment becomes an extension of the terrace. The apartment has two large bedrooms, equipped with comfortable king-size beds and one with twin singles. There is an extra bedroom on the terrace side with another king-sized bed should you need it. This room is equipped with its own wardrobe and would be an extra charge. There are two contemporary bathrooms. The open plan kitchen/living area provides a nice retreat from the afternoon sun whilst still allowing you to admire the bay's views. The American-style kitchen comes fully equipped for those who love to cook. The whole apartment is at your disposal apart from a cupboard used solely for housekeeping. Please note: There is a €270 fee for the housekeeping which is paid in cash to Julie our housekeeper on arrival.

The Neighborhood
Villefranche is a charming village full of history and breathtaking beauty that dates back in time. The Villefranche bay is the deepest bay in the Mediterranean and there is a lovely beach just a few steps along the promenade. You can be in Nice or Monaco in ten minutes and Italy in forty minutes. There are wonderful walks and the supermarket can deliver to the door. Of course there are lots of local shops to buy great produce and there is an organic market twice a week in the village.
Getting Around
In high season it is best to be here without a car as the public transport options are great. However, you can get a permit for approx €15 from the Mairie which gives you free parking.

Please note that the apartment is in an historical village and is on the second floor so there are stairs to climb. Please note we do not accept children below 6 years of age because of the safety of the balcony terrace.
